“They care for their clients

Pros

The customer support is what makes this EHR software great. They know the answer to all our questions and can get us back on track within minutes.

Cons

There is nothing much to say but the interface is not as great as the other solutions however, it is completely functional.

A huge database is made available to us and it is all organized for easy accessibility.

I am not convinced by their security features and fear there may be a breach.

It is a great software for healthcare and our business flow got even better with its help.

Certain features do not work as well as they should before we can give it a perfect rating for example the environment of the software is not very intuitive.

I am not very computer literate but even I learned how to use the software within a few hours and that is saying something.

It can become slow sometimes when we are working with too many files.

The interface is simple and doctors can get the information they need from the dashboard with a single glance.

The patient portal is not easy to use and it sometimes gets stuck when we are updating files which cause us to lose precious time.

Pros

HealthShare has a very intuitive design and it is easy to use even for those who have poor computer skills. We did not need to spend a lot of time on training staff and could immediately shift to the new software.

Cons

The software is not super reliable and sometimes it failed to save the information I entered. It also becomes slow at times.
