I receive excellent IT support with timely communication and effective collections. They are always ready to resolve any clinic or doctor concerns meet Meaningful Use criteria and provide user friendly software with proper training.
Cons
Entering chart notes can be time consuming just as other doctors say about their EHR systems. Theres also a lack of training on certain reports.

iPatientCare is so detailed and meets a lot of my functional needs.
Cons
Because its so detailed I really have to invest time in learning it to fully take advantage of what it offers the office.

The team I work with always listens to my needs and they work hard to help me resolve issues and understand things whenever I have questions about appearances.
Cons
The reports are overly complicated, too detailed and hard to follow. The system is not always user friendly.

in the beginning i started with EHR only but later added their billing services. Now I have a solid handle on my finances. I also like the integrated system which keeps everything transparent. Their billing support is the best provided by knowledgeable experts.

Pros
I like so many features. The scheduler helps me direct staff to book specific visit types by pre programming colored slots by type of visit. Billing, SOAP notes and easy customization are great along with excellent customer support.
Cons
I do not have many complaints about the product, other than the fact that its an EMR! Every EMR interferes with the relationship between providers and their patients or patients families.
