Pros
We like this software, its very user-friendly and easy to customize. I especially like their Patient Health Portal features because it allows patients to quickly view their treatment notes, and lab reports, and request appointments. A 10/10. I would recommend it to everyone.

Pros
I have finally found a software that has all the desired features. It has allowed me to go completely paperless and I can use templates to fill out patient reports, schedule appointments, and add notes. The billing feature is so easy to use and now I do not have to deal with insurance companies and can file claims from within the program. Whenever I am facing any trouble, the customer support team is a message away.

I dont think there are any cons to this software.

Using it is not as easy as I though at first but customer service and technical support are fantastic in guiding me through training and solving issues!
Cons
There are too many steps for a single task. Switching between screens could be better because the font is too small to view everything at once. When I enlarge the font I constantly have to zoom in and out to access all the buttons (control/scroll) which makes tasks more difficult.

Pros
user-friendly and the implementation training is solid. The support team is easy to reach and responds quickly. I also like the customizable order sets and templates.
Cons
I cannot fax images directly from the chart without routing them through staff - I also cannot fax patient notes directly to physicians. Even sending notes via secure messaging formats them as referral letters. furthemore I cannot transfer multiple page PDF files between EMRs directly into patient care either only one page at a time, which is inefficient. Printing and scanning to the patients chart is easier but not cost effective. I have to customize medication templates to prescribe but then recreate the same templates to add them to order sets. I also cannot add medications from my favorites list. Staff cannot send direct ID messages to other MDs only licensed providers can as far as I know.
