We like it!
Pros
We like this software, its very user-friendly and easy to customize. I especially like their Patient Health Portal features because it allows patients to quickly view their treatment notes, and lab reports, and request appointments. A 10/10. I would recommend it to everyone.
Cons
Honestly dont know what to say here, its working perfectly fine for us.

I admire the user-friendliness and lightning-quick customer service of this system. I also like the fact that it can be customised easily according to our needs.
Cons
I dont like that the formatting is all messed up. Also It can be challenging to navigate your way through records and its often sluggish at times.

The customer support is my all time favourite, I love how they are super responsive and helpful. Overall the software is pretty straightforward and easy to use

It has all the features and we can enter notes from nurse visits and doctors checkups. They have built-in templates for common diagnosis like heart burn or hypertension.
Cons
The notes do not automatically save and you have to click each time you move to another section.

Pros
I have finally found a software that has all the desired features. It has allowed me to go completely paperless and I can use templates to fill out patient reports, schedule appointments, and add notes. The billing feature is so easy to use and now I do not have to deal with insurance companies and can file claims from within the program. Whenever I am facing any trouble, the customer support team is a message away.
Cons
I dont think there are any cons to this software.
