Pros
With iPraktice Software the data entry process is simple which makes it easy for our staff to maintain accurate patient records. Also it has streamlined our patient management system. The EMR interface is user friendly and integrates well with other tools we use such as billing and appointment scheduling. Additionally, the software cloud-based nature ensures that we can access patient information securely from anywhere which has been invaluable for our remote consultations.
Cons
One downside I have noticed is that the initial setup and customization of the software can be time-consuming. Moreover a reliable internet connection is required to function the software optimally which can be an issue in areas with unstable connectivity
