Pros
I've contacted customer support on behalf of my mother, who purchased this software. Volunteering with her company, I found the customer support to be outstanding, like Chic-fil-A or Publix, simply the best!
Cons
As for the software itself, I have no complaints; it's just the process of getting trained on how to use it properly that I dislike. I generally dislike training sessions, but going through them was beneficial.
