The product is easy to set up and use, saving time, keeping patients on track with appointments, reducing no-shows, and allowing communication through text.
Cons
There is a competitor that is able to copy health form information that is filled out online right into Dentrix as well as all the other features Lighthouse offers. I feel like this is an attractive feature that may lead people to switch
