Pros

I do like their billing feature, it makes entering patients data more efficient. Overall, Its a pretty simple software.

Cons

I have no significant complaints while using this software but the software is not at all what they promised it to be.

Pros

I do like how the software is easy to operate as compared to others.

Cons

Multiple tabs opening by a single click is a really big problem, you have to go back from the start when this happens, which can take hours and its really frustrating at times.Also there is no separate screen for reviewing.

A good experience
Pros

Id say my experience with Lightning MD up till now has been very positive. I particularly love the statement feature with this you can see how many statements have been sent out to the patient. Access to patients files has become more organized and comparatively easier.

Cons

Cant say much since Im still new to this software; No complaints so far.

Love It!
Pros

Overall, Its a good software with an up to date layout and easy to customise templates. All the features are organised and a click away. Follow ups have become easier with Lightning MD.

Cons

I would like some features to be automated and separate screens to be available for reviewing records before submission

A Good Investment
Pros

Easy guidelines to follow with a super user friendly format that helps streamline our work. I especially love their calendar and scheduling features.Overall, a good investment.

Cons

They need to update their system because sometimes the notifications dont show.

Pros

They have a patient portal in addition to the other EMR features and we can add patient reports for easy access.

Cons

The software needs more colors and fonts for the report writing tool.

Although it does have functionalities and we can improve communication with it we are not impressed.

The report writing feature does not have enough customization and it causes trouble during billing.

Very simple and usable
Pros

I like that it is easy to use and I got used to it in a short amount of time. The reports are easy to find and read.

Cons

When you click on certain items it opens a new window instead of redirecting to the page.

Lightning MD is the best
Pros

It has all the CPT codes so we do not have to repeat everything on the form. It saves time and we are able to generate bills and even superbills.

Vastly better than our previous EHR software
Pros

The calendar and scheduling feature is so intuitive that our staff figured it out right away. It also has great connectivity with other software we use.

Cons

It does not have a notification feature to alert the doctor or the patient that the other person is online.

It keeps getting better
Pros

Creating claims on Lightning is so easy and we can access all the particulars from the patients file. They are always introducing updates to make the software more usable.

Cons

You cannot open more than one tab on the browser and view the claims before approving them.

Best practice management software!
Pros

The software is simple and it is exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate the simplicity and like how quickly I got used to it. Their customer service is also wonderful and they continue to follow-up to ask if I am satisfied with their service.

Cons

I am a new user so I do not have any complaints as of yet.

Highly recommended!
Pros

Lightning MD is an affordable billing software that fell within our budget. We were previously using a couple of different software and it was becoming very difficult to handle them all. Now we are able to streamline our internal processes and manage revenue cycles all in one go

Their training was not as comprehensive as we would have liked and some helpful user guides are much needed

Great experience!
Pros

Lightning MD EHR is super intuitive and it allows me to enter data so quickly. It has excellent features that make my task a hundred times easier.

Cons

The thing that I dislike about this software is actually not a bad thing for many people. I personally dont like that it automatically saves a lot of information. I like to do it myself after reviewing it.

It keeps getting better!
Pros

The ease of use and calendar feature is a major plus for Lightning MD. Our office staff got familiar with its interface in a matter of days. Our patients have also been enjoying the intuitiveness that comes with it. Its telehealth functionality is better than other solutions available in the market.

Cons

There should be a way to inform patients and physicians when they get logged in and wait to begin the consultation.
