The product is user-friendly, fast and packed with features. It offers visual graphics to show the daily progress on the dashboard. Users can opt for SMS/WhatsApp notifications for patient updates at each stage from registration to report availability. The new ICMR integration simplifies bulk data uploads to the ICMR portal. It also provides numerous useful canned reports and instrument interfacing options.
Cons
Due to its fully cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) model, clearing the browser cache is necessary for optimal performance. The menu navigation system could be more intuitive as transitioning between modules sometimes opens new browser tabs.

Cons
Currently, there are few issues. The new registration page could be improved slightly but otherwise, everything is satisfactory and I eagerly await new updates.

This software is quite easy to use and has helped us reduce our turnaround time. The technical support from customer care, from LIS to troubleshooting is top-notch.
Cons
The only missing feature is the ability to share reports via SMS, as no PDF is generated automatically. Reports have to be shared manually via email or WhatsApp as patients are not receiving reports via SMS.

Cons
Experienced recurrent software glitches during daily use. Faced teething issues in the initial months where report template contents changed automatically. Still waiting for the feature to communicate discounts to patients and other features requested multiple times to the CrelioHealth team.
