“CrelioHealth is Perfect for our Needs.

Pros

We have been using CrelioHealth for the past few months and it has been a great experience. Our patient bookings were always a big headache and we tried several other software options with no success. However, CrelioHealth made it easy to manage our bookings and we have never had any issues since using this software. It is also very secure and the customer service team is always willing to help when needed.

Cons

The only real concern we had was spending upwards of $750 per month on the standard package. And we wish there was a more budget-friendly option for smaller businesses like ours.

We wish there were more payment plans offered. We would also like to see a mobile app option in the future as this would be beneficial for us when we are on the go. Other than that, this is an excellent software with lots of great features.

We have been using CrelioHealth for the past year and it has helped us immensely in managing our lab processes. The software is very user friendly and the features are top-notch. We have noticed an increase in patient satisfaction due to its automated patient communication and online reputation management tools. The customer service is also excellent and they are always willing to help us out when needed.

Cons

We didnt really face any major set back using CrelioHealth, however getting used to the user interface did take some time. Other than that, this is an excellent software that we would definitely recommend.

We have been using CrelioHealth for the past few months and we are very pleased with it. It helps us streamline our processes and allows us to manage our lab with ease. The online reputation management tools are great and the customer service is always helpful. They also offer some great features such as EDI, secure revenue sharing, report validation and automated patient communication.

Cons

One major issue that hampered our productivity was the slow loading of reports. This made it difficult for us to stay on top of our workflow. Other than that, this software has been great for us and we would definitely recommend it.

CrelioHealth is an exceptional software that makes our life much easier when it comes to managing our lab and workflow. The interface is user friendly and the features are comprehensive. We especially like the secure revenue sharing, EDI, and complete lab automation on cloud that it offers. It also comes with a great customer service team that is always willing to help us when needed.

Cons

The only issue we have encountered is that some of the reports can be slow to generate which can delay our workflow. Other than that, this is a great software that has been very helpful for us.

My experience with CrelioHealth has been mixed to say the least. The good thing about this software is that it is cloud-based and has a lot of features. This includes workflow automation, report validation, secure revenue sharing, and EDI. The customer service is also helpful and the pricing plans are very reasonable.

Cons

The software can be a bit confusing to use at times and it takes some time to get used to all of its features. Additionally, it doesnt have a mobile app so if you need access on the go, that might not be available.

I am able to check on the status of reports even while Im not in the office thanks to Crelio being cloud-based. And the reports are so detailed I am always confident when sending them to a patient. We were operational within a short period of time, which was very unusual for a LIMS. Overall, Live Health is an excellent product.

Cons

Probably due to our location, the SMS and some other features are still not available. I’m pretty sure they are under development, but they should have been available at launch since we considered those features while finalizing the purchase.

Users can opt for SMS/WhatsApp notifications for patient updates at each stage from registration to report availability. The new ICMR integration simplifies bulk data uploads to the ICMR portal. It also provides numerous useful canned reports and instrument interfacing options.

Cons

Due to its fully cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) model, clearing the browser cache is necessary for optimal performance. The menu navigation system could be more intuitive as transitioning between modules sometimes opens new browser tabs.
