We have been using CrelioHealth for the past few months and it has been a great experience. Our patient bookings were always a big headache and we tried several other software options with no success. However, CrelioHealth made it easy to manage our bookings and we have never had any issues since using this software. It is also very secure and the customer service team is always willing to help when needed.

Cons

The only real concern we had was spending upwards of $750 per month on the standard package. And we wish there was a more budget-friendly option for smaller businesses like ours.

We wish there were more payment plans offered. We would also like to see a mobile app option in the future as this would be beneficial for us when we are on the go. Other than that, this is an excellent software with lots of great features.

We didnt really face any major set back using CrelioHealth, however getting used to the user interface did take some time. Other than that, this is an excellent software that we would definitely recommend.

CrelioHealth is an exceptional software that makes our life much easier when it comes to managing our lab and workflow. The interface is user friendly and the features are comprehensive. We especially like the secure revenue sharing, EDI, and complete lab automation on cloud that it offers. It also comes with a great customer service team that is always willing to help us when needed.

My experience with CrelioHealth has been mixed to say the least. The good thing about this software is that it is cloud-based and has a lot of features. This includes workflow automation, report validation, secure revenue sharing, and EDI. The customer service is also helpful and the pricing plans are very reasonable.

The software can be a bit confusing to use at times and it takes some time to get used to all of its features. Additionally, it doesnt have a mobile app so if you need access on the go, that might not be available.

I am able to check on the status of reports even while Im not in the office thanks to Crelio being cloud-based. And the reports are so detailed I am always confident when sending them to a patient. We were operational within a short period of time, which was very unusual for a LIMS. Overall, Live Health is an excellent product.

Probably due to our location, the SMS and some other features are still not available. I’m pretty sure they are under development, but they should have been available at launch since we considered those features while finalizing the purchase.
