“My experience with Mac Practice”
Pros
I've been with this company for 10 years. The previous leadership was resistant to improving the product, but Valsoft has since acquired it. The product is user-friendly, with industry-leading graphics. The software has never experienced downtime and is server-based. Customer service is top-notch, with quick response times for tickets and direct connections for urgent issues. The platform is Apple, and the iPad apps are exceptional.
Cons
Unfortunately, I think this software falls behind its competitors because of the initial customer support. If it aligned with industry standards, it could be a top choice nationwide.

Pros
The search feature built into the calendar is really well thought out and works amazingly well. It's easy to use and makes finding what I need super quick and efficient.
Cons
I find it frustrating that almost every essential feature comes with an extra fee.

“Why I Love MacPractice MD”
Pros
It is super easy for me to use, even as a beginner. The customer service is always friendly and easy to reach. The EHR makes charting quick and simple, so my interactions with patients go smoothly.
Cons
I think there's room for improvement in customizing the reporting features, especially when it comes to expanding the query options. Enhancing patient outreach and clinical reporting really depends on having more diverse query capabilities.
