The customer service is outstanding! From sales to implementation and training, the program and support staff have been excellent. Over my 25 years in this business, I've used many billing programs, and MedicsPremier is incredibly intuitive, easy to navigate, and highly efficient for a productive workflow!

I hope the statements and receipts I print could have a more modern appearance. However, they are easy for clients to understand and produce.

There's really nothing we don't like about it. Once we learned how to navigate the program, it was great. With the help of the ADS support team and Lucia, who is amazing, the transition went very smoothly. We love it.

At the start of our EMR transition, the flow from scheduling to the EMR software was smooth.

It lacks compatibility with other software for phone call reminders and downloading insurance eligibilities in batch. Creating new forms to add to patient files isn't very intuitive either. Additionally, electronic signatures are cumbersome to use at the check-in desk.
