Pros

Medios is an EHR platform accompanied by a great training session. They address all issues you may face when using the software and describe everything in simple and understandable terms. Their customer care staff is always available to help resolve technical, billing, and general complaints as quickly as possible. Impressive, very nice.

Cons

Medios EHR Software sometimes glitches while working, but it goes back to normal within a few minutes.

Pros

Medios EHR Software works well and does everything according to our preferences and desires. The training was very useful for my team, and they covered all the features excellently.

Cons

There are no technical support representatives available at night and they should have 24/7 service at all times because our workflow is very important.

Pros

The software runs smoothly and the training session was illuminating. All our questions were answered and we were given all the information we needed to use it daily.

Cons

The choices for insurance providers are very limited and we have to enter alternative ones manually which takes up time.

All the employees are very satisfied with this software, its easy to use and easy to customize according to every patient. Creating files has become a hundred times easier.

Appointment scheduling to billing to patient files is handled by Medios, and it works flawlessly.

Cons

Their only drawback is their customer support, they are close to being non-existent.

Pros

They provide one-on-one training for all employees and I have never seen any other EMR software that does this. They did everything to make sure we were satisfied.

Cheaper than other systems and the layout is pretty neat.

We are kicking ourselves for making this decision because the app keeps crashing and we have no idea how to repair it.

Terrible customer service
Pros

Patients information is easy to access and well laid out.

Cons

The software is not user friendly and the customer service is absolutely horrible. The issues we face never ever get resolved. I wouldnt recommend this to anybody.
