I started using Medisoft in 1996 when insurance billing was manual, and appointments were in a book. Our practice has grown alongside Medisoft, which has been instrumental in our success, handling tasks from insurance billing to eligibility and reports.
Cons

Pros
I am a fan of Medisoft and Clinical, it is cost-effective and meets all my practice's needs. Tech support is quick, and the program itself is very user-friendly and customizable.
Cons
I have no dislikes regarding Medisoft. Occasionally, the cloud-based program can be slow to start up, but that could be due to internet issues.

I have been using Medisoft since 1999, starting with its DOS version. Despite the changes over the years, I have stuck with it because it's extremely user-friendly and easy to teach and learn.
Cons
As my medical billing business grows, it becomes harder to use. I'd like to be able to use it in the cloud, but that is extremely costly for a small business like mine.
