Good features.
Pros

MeridianEMR is really easy to use and learn. It is very user-friendly and is loaded with a lot of great features such as drug database updates, and analytics.

Cons

I do not have anything negative to say about this software. Very nice.

An intuitive software
Pros

It is easy to use and helps manage our dermatology practice. We have become more active and are able to increase productivity overall.

Cons

Meridian needs to add more templates to their library and add customization as well.

It does work most of the time and there are options for looking up old appointments and information from the dashboard

It takes a while for the screen to appear when you initially load it.

The people who work there are great and customer service is friendly but they are supporting a useless product.

We wasted a lot of time getting trained and certifications which were of no use to us.

The user interface is quite insightful and overall, the software is pretty user-friendly.

Cons

It would be advisable to use the demo before actually buying the product. The customer support team is usually not very quick to respond.

Pros

Honestly, we have not ONE positive thing to say about our experience. The software is terrible itself but the customer support is somehow even WORSE.

Cons

It is such a slow software. I would call this junk, honestly!

Valueless EMR software

Terrible.

Cons

It has extremly poor customer support service and templates contain numerous grammatical mistakes. Frequent software updates. They do not respond and resolve your issues and I submitted my compliant about patient portal which was not addressed.

Technical experts and support staff are inexperienced
Pros

None.

Cons

They have extremly poor technical support and limited functionality. It has nothing to offer. I should have gone for GE centricity - my colleagues who are using it are in a better position than myself and dont have such issues with their EHR.
