Pros

Mogo is very user-friendly and helps me efficiently complete daily tasks. I'm eager to explore more of its capabilities as I continue using it.

Cons

Printing a receipt requires navigating through multiple prompts, which is cumbersome.

Pros

This software is cloud-based and client-driven, making installation, maintenance, and updates hassle-free. It has significantly reduced our costs and offers great customization options. The support feels more like a partnership than a service.

Cons

The online training modules were inadequate, focusing on tangential scenarios rather than practical setup tips. The lack of written manuals or comprehensive guides is disappointing. I've also noticed errors in error messages and screen prompts, which affects the overall quality.

Not user-friendly and very slow software

Pros

One feature I really like about MOGO is how easy it is to rearrange phases of treatment once a plan is complete. This flexibility was lacking in my previous software. Being able to access databases across all our locations is also a huge benefit.

Cons

The software is not user-friendly, especially in clinical use. Basic tasks like taking X-rays are cumbersome, and the system crashes frequently. Despite hardware updates, usability remains an issue. The medical history feature is poorly implemented, requiring redundant data entry.

Mogo made me feel like my opinions were both valued and appreciated.

Pros

The customer service and technical support at MOGO are outstanding. Being able to create custom reports and having integrated software for all our office locations is incredibly convenient.

Cons

Tasks often require too many steps, but the IT team is responsive to requests for streamlining processes.

We are very happy with our Mogo program, especially because of their excellent technical support.

Pros

Entering new patient information and scheduling appointments with MOGO is straightforward. The recall tracking system is effective, and the free text reminders are a nice touch. I've always found their technical support to be patient and helpful.

Cons

I've had issues with the digital communication suite; emails often fail to send from my outbox consistently.

Pros

With Mogo Azure, I don't worry about manual backups or viruses impacting my system. Overall, my experience with Mogo has been highly positive!

Cons

I have not encountered any cons. Technical support has been exceptional, promptly addressing any issues we encounter.
