Pros
I find the program offers complete functionality for a modern dental office at a reasonable price, with excellent support whenever I need it. Plus, being an early cloud-based program means I can easily access it from anywhere.
Cons
Occasionally, we face update issues that take a few days to resolve.

“Mogo Azure (Cloud based) is the worst program ever for dentists
Pros
Personally, there's nothing about this program that I like. I believe Dentrix or Eaglesoft would be a better choice.
Cons
This year, we switched to cloud-based software, and it's been a nightmare. The response time just to open a patient chart is ridiculous. It takes multiple clicks to do even basic tasks like making appointments or entering treatment. The system randomly freezes and shuts down several times a day. I wouldn't recommend Mogo for a dental office. I dread using it every day.

“MOGO Cloud
Pros
I appreciate the option for monthly payments instead of facing a huge amount due at the beginning or end of the year, which can be uncertain. Knowing our patients' privacy is protected under HIPAA is reassuring. I also love the text and email confirmation capabilities!
Cons
The software has become slower. Sometimes, the text confirmation delays the program, making it hard to work with my patients. The monthly reminders are excessive and don't adjust when I ask for a next-day reminder.

I've been using Mogo for over 15 years. It's incredibly user-friendly, and their technical support staff is excellent, they promptly return my calls. Recently switching to Mogo Cloud was seamless and crucial, as it protected my patient information during a ransomware attack on my server.
Cons
Learning Mogo was initially time-consuming due to its extensive features. Now, my office is comfortable with the program after figuring out the best components. Technical support was instrumental during our learning phase.

Pros
It is very easy to create multiple treatment plan options and quickly review daily chart notes without navigating through multiple screens. Their responsiveness to improving the software based on user feedback has been impressive.
Cons
Initially, training and basic functions were lacking. The software required patients to create a new medical history every visit, causing confusion. Despite some issues with insurance estimates and integrating schick xray sensors, the software team is responsive to feedback.

I'm not very computer-savvy, so we rely a lot on MOGO and a private IT consultant for protection. MOGO recently saved us from a potential disaster when our IT consultant didn't deliver. We're incredibly grateful to MOGO!
Cons
One drawback of Mogo is the difficulty in reaching a live person; however, in our recent experience, the support team proactively reached out, keeping us informed and easing our stress significantly.

I love all the customizable features, reports, and how easy it is to import x-rays and documents. The ability to search for patients using any information in any column is incredibly useful. The schedule is clear and customizable, and the electronic claims feature ensures nothing is missed.
Cons
It's frustrating that only one person can access the transaction screen at a time. We could benefit from local support for in-office training and more customizable statements. The training videos are outdated, though new ones have been added recently.

It is very intuitive and opens with a patient list like a Rolodex, which I find efficient. Their customer service is friendly and knowledgeable, and they've been receptive to my suggestions for improving their product. Cons
