“Perfect for managing EMRs

Pros

The software is very user-friendly. I can easily search through a patient's account for intake papers, medical records, or doctor correspondence.

Cons

I wish I could add pop-up notes to patient accounts to alert users of important info right away. I also think uploaded documents should show the name of the person who uploaded them. On top of that, the software sometimes freezes and kicks me out.
