“It is good but need better mobile integration
Pros
It has been almost a year since I have used this software. A few things I like about it are its user-friendly interface. Additionally, the software is intuitive and easy to navigate, which significantly reduces the time required for training new staff. The scheduling feature is robust, allowing for seamless appointment management. Furthermore, the patient records are well-organized, making it easy to retrieve and update information quickly.
Cons
This software has many strengths, but it does have some drawbacks. For example, the initial setup was quite time-consuming, and integrating it with our existing systems proved challenging. Customer support is also somewhat below par. Furthermore, as mentioned before, the mobile app lacks some of the functions available on the desktop version.
