“Worse than paper
Pros
nothing
Cons
horrible programming. The architecture is horrible and disjointed. One piece of the software doesn't talk to the other. Clunky, slow, too much time to execute a simple process with Niko.

“Love Niko Health – It's that good
Pros
I have to say, the user interface is super flexible and modern. The APIs are game-changing and the features fit right into the interface without feeling like separate add-ons. Plus, they don't overcharge, which is awesome. But what really stands out is the team at Niko Health. They're always there to answer my calls, work with me and fix any issues. They really focus on long-term success!
Cons
Some features are absent but we have observed a stream of enhancements being released and it appears they are addressing these as quickly as possible.

“Stagnation's end: Innovate!
Pros
The NikoHealth team continuously making efforts to make their platform into a complete solution that caters to our needs. They actively gather feedback from us and diligently incorporate practical changes. Importantly, they achieve this without attaching a hefty price tag to maximize the benefits of the updates.
Cons
The ability for any of my competitors to utilize it implies that they all have access to an improved workflow compared to alternative options.
