“Amazing support team”
Pros
The customer support team is extraordinary to work with. The system itself is pretty easy to use. I love the living design of care. It guarantees our POC keep awake to date.
Cons
The time it takes to record a standard nurse visit can be a bit lengthy. However, I find that HospiceSoft is in line with all the different EMRs we have looked at.
