The exercise section is far from ideal. However filtering out unnecessary exercises is challenging due to numerous drop-downs and search complexities. The search bar isn't efficient as it still requires extensive searching. Custom exercise photo uploads should be an option.

However, upon using the system, I've discovered that many of these additional features included in the package have not been particularly useful or functional for our specific needs.

The responsiveness and professionalism of OptimisPT personnel, particularly the individual in charge of customer outreach, have been shockingly poor. We experienced three prolonged downtimes, one of which lasted several days, severely impacting our business operations and patient care. Regrettably, the response to these issues from OptimisPT was completely apathetic, exacerbating the problems for our business.
