The learning curve for teaching students or new employees is quite manageable, and initially, the comprehensive features offered at the price point seemed advantageous compared to other systems where features are selected individually. However, upon using the system, I've discovered that many of these additional features included in the package have not been particularly useful or functional for our specific needs.
Cons
The responsiveness and professionalism of OptimisPT personnel, particularly the individual in charge of customer outreach, have been shockingly poor. We experienced three prolonged downtimes, one of which lasted several days, severely impacting our business operations and patient care. Regrettably, the response to these issues from OptimisPT was completely apathetic, exacerbating the problems for our business.
