Steady improvements

Pros

Running a private psychotherapy practice I've had a positive overall experience with this. It has made the admin side of my work much more manageable especially with scheduling clients organizing and storing documents and conducting video sessions. Customer support has been outstanding as well whenever I've had questions, the communication has been timely, consistent and genuinely friendly. I also value that the team seems to take user feedback seriously and continues to make updates based on it. If they keep moving in this direction I can see myself staying with them long term.

Cons

The client side experience could still be more user friendly. Features like a waitlist option would be useful and connectivity between the platform and audio devices or headphones could be simpler. There's also room for improvement when it comes to creating forms.

secure tools that support my practice

Pros

Launching my practice with this software ended up being a real turning point. Since I'm not naturally business focused the financial tracking tools have been incredibly helpful. They keep everything organized and give me a lot of peace of mind. The secure messaging and telehealth video sessions are excellent too offering private and safe ways to stay connected with clients. On top of that having all my notes stored securely in one place has helped my practice run much more efficiently. It has really let me spend more time doing what I care about most and that is helping people without constantly worrying about the business side.

Cons

There are times when it feels a bit complicated especially for someone who isn't very technical. That said the support team is always quick to respond and gives personal help.

Excellent video and stripe integration

Pros

Video quality has been excellent and having everything in one place really helps me stay organized. The platform is very user friendly and getting started was quick and easy. Whenever I've had a question or run into an issue customer support has been very helpful. I also really appreciate the Stripe integration since it lets me charge a client's credit card right after each session.

Cons

I only wish the notes for each client could be kept together on a single page.

poor support and billing chaos

Pros

The interface looks polished overalland the workflow features are useful. It probably works well for solo practitioners running a cash only practice in just one time zone.

Cons

Communication and service from their leadership have been very disappointing. We've dealt with ongoing technical problems that have caused claim processing delays, accounting mistakes and a US insurance claims workflow that just doesn't make sense. Patients end up seeing incorrect invoices, receipts and EOBs. With that the accounting information in the system is unreliable with payments somehow getting misapplied and transactions incorrectly showing revenue.

Frustrating outages

Pros

SMS and email reminders sent to clients are genuinely helpful and sending forms for clients to fill out takes just one click. It's also useful having all of my yearly financial information tracked in one place. The secure messaging feature is another part of the platform I appreciated.

Cons

A big limitation is that clients joining from mobile phones don't have a dedicated app to use since everything is built around a web based experience only. On top of that customer service was extremely disappointing during two major outages. The CEO's message to users came across as out of touch and showed poor leadership. With the ongoing technical problems and support responses taking as long as three weeks I ultimately had no real option but to leave the platform.
