Setting up and using this software is very easy because it has all the basic features built in. Plus the interface looks great and is easy to navigate, plus it works smoothly on any touchscreen device without any lag. Chiropractors will especially love how simple it is to use.

As a specialized clinic dealing with neurological and PI cases I found the documentation burdensome and the preset macro functions inadequate.

Ive been using PayDC since my first day in practice seven years ago. They continually improve on an already excellent product. Its fairly priced and support is always available for any issues or assistance with navigating the system.

Compatibility with Macs and iPads would be a welcome addition although thats my only nitpicky suggestion.

PayDCs product has been invaluable in maintaining compliance with my notes. The abundance of tutorials on compliance is helpful and I was relieved not to have to pay anything back after a Blue Cross Blue Shield audit.

Making changes to the care plan template is very challenging. Additionally I found that only a portion of the plan templates were occasionally available. I opted not to use the billing service because the office outlined clearinghouse with the free option was a better fit.

Almost everything about it is non-intuitive. Teaching others to use it has a steep learning curve due to the multitude of memorization and customization required for each note. The lack of updates and dismissive responses from the support team compound the frustration.
