I find the price for the services offered to be excellent. The integration of scheduling EMR and billing in a cloud-based system is convenient. Checking in a patient automatically notifies the doctor who can quickly generate a note using previous visit information minimizing the need for changes. Additionally the system generates corresponding claims reducing redundant data entry.

Cons

While the billing side integrates well with the schedule & EMR the software has limitations. There are too many screens to navigate and viewing payments alongside claims is challenging. The statements are subpar and the care plan generator struggles with complex care plans.

Ive been using PayDC since November 2011 and was initially apprehensive about transitioning to EHR. However the software and company made it seamless. I received thorough training and experienced smooth migration. The company is responsive to feedback often implementing suggestions. Updating a patients record takes less than a minute ensuring compliance and professional documentation. The cloud-based nature eliminates upfront costs and monthly storage fees making it affordable and comprehensive. I highly recommend trying PayDC before investing in pricier alternatives.
