Unfortunately I have no positive feedback. I regret signing up for their contract after a convincing sales pitch at a conference. Their customer service is terrible I received no reply to recent email inquiries. Avoid this company and its product at all costs.

We love how easy it is to post insurance/patient payments keep track of them and generate simple-to-read billing statements. Appointments are easy to schedule and modify and the software is customizable to suit our practice needs.
Cons
We manually integrated back in 2012 if PayDC offered to do this for an extra charge we declined due to cost considerations. Honestly I cant recall the details.

Since switching to PayDC in January 2018 Ive been thoroughly impressed. Its an all-inclusive solution without nickel-and-diming doctors offering everything one could need in an EHR system. I also appreciate that PayDC was developed by a billing/coding expert in the chiropractic industry who advises our state association on billing/coding.

PayDCs product has been invaluable in maintaining compliance with my notes. The abundance of tutorials on compliance is helpful and I was relieved not to have to pay anything back after a Blue Cross Blue Shield audit.
Cons
Making changes to the care plan template is very challenging. Additionally I found that only a portion of the plan templates were occasionally available. I opted not to use the billing service because the office outlined clearinghouse with the free option was a better fit.

I find the price for the services offered to be excellent. The integration of scheduling EMR and billing in a cloud-based system is convenient. Checking in a patient automatically notifies the doctor who can quickly generate a note using previous visit information minimizing the need for changes. Additionally the system generates corresponding claims reducing redundant data entry.
Cons
While the billing side integrates well with the schedule & EMR the software has limitations. There are too many screens to navigate and viewing payments alongside claims is challenging. The statements are subpar and the care plan generator struggles with complex care plans.

Unfortunately I have no positive feedback. I regret signing up for their contract after a convincing sales pitch at a conference. Their customer service is terrible I received no reply to recent email inquiries. Avoid this company and its product at all costs.
Cons

We love how easy it is to post insurance/patient payments keep track of them and generate simple-to-read billing statements. Appointments are easy to schedule and modify and the software is customizable to suit our practice needs.
Cons
We manually integrated back in 2012 if PayDC offered to do this for an extra charge we declined due to cost considerations. Honestly I cant recall the details.

Since switching to PayDC in January 2018 Ive been thoroughly impressed. Its an all-inclusive solution without nickel-and-diming doctors offering everything one could need in an EHR system. I also appreciate that PayDC was developed by a billing/coding expert in the chiropractic industry who advises our state association on billing/coding.

PayDCs product has been invaluable in maintaining compliance with my notes. The abundance of tutorials on compliance is helpful and I was relieved not to have to pay anything back after a Blue Cross Blue Shield audit.
Cons
Making changes to the care plan template is very challenging. Additionally I found that only a portion of the plan templates were occasionally available. I opted not to use the billing service because the office outlined clearinghouse with the free option was a better fit.

I find the price for the services offered to be excellent. The integration of scheduling EMR and billing in a cloud-based system is convenient. Checking in a patient automatically notifies the doctor who can quickly generate a note using previous visit information minimizing the need for changes. Additionally the system generates corresponding claims reducing redundant data entry.
Cons
While the billing side integrates well with the schedule & EMR the software has limitations. There are too many screens to navigate and viewing payments alongside claims is challenging. The statements are subpar and the care plan generator struggles with complex care plans.
