The program is really user-friendly, and it has all the billing, EMR and info in one easy to use system. Our overall experience has been amazing. The staff at PAY DC is the best. Like everyone we have interacted with is helpful, friendly, kind, thorough and honest. Whatever needs to be done gets taken care of with ease and attention to detail. So yes we're so happy to be working with everyone at Pay DC.
Cons
I truly enjoy everything about it. However, at times I have to input certain information twice, but it is not something major.

“PayDC allows me to sleep peacefully”
Pros
One thing that makes it my fav is that it is pretty much impossible to make coding mistakes with PayDC. Plus they really listen to clients concerns and provide consistent, relevant upgrades. The system is fairly easy to use and intuitive. Using PayDC for my EHR and billing services has definitely made my life easier. I sleep better at night knowing my notes are perfect and my bills get processed without any issues.
Cons
There is no inventory system which is a downside. Also, downloading and printing records from the file cabinet, and even SOAPS, when doing a records request can be a bit tedious.

Pros
Well uploading to the file cabinet or accessing the forms library is pretty simple with PayDC.
Cons
The available upload space is pretty limited, and the system tends to run slowly. Also it often kicks employees off this system which is annoying.

Unfortunately I have no positive feedback. I regret signing up for their contract after a convincing sales pitch at a conference. Their customer service is terrible I received no reply to recent email inquiries. Avoid this company and its product at all costs.
Cons
I have had a pretty disappointing experience with their customer service. Even though they market themselves as a chiropractic-focused company, it feels like they just do not care about the needs of chiropractors.

If you take insurance, this program helps keep you compliant by warning you before you do something you shouldn't. So yes it is great for making sure everything stays on track but thats about it.
Cons
PayDC is not at all easy to use, and it's so awkward that your staff might even threaten to quit. If you're in sales, definitely don't get this software as it's slow, complicated and time-consuming. For cash practices, do not even think about using it. Plus it lacks the flexibility and simplicity you need. And it is more suited for insurance-based practices and will keep you stuck with extra work. Honestly, the time it takes to use this system isn't worth it.

Our company has been using PayDC for over 10 years and till this date we are quite happy with it. As there is nothing better than knowing your documentation program is supported by a team of coding and compliance experts. Also the program is powerful, easy to customize and really easy to use. The documentation and billing features integrate well, which is a huge plus. Lastly the support team at PayDC is always friendly and very helpful with any questions we have. I highly recommend PayDC for all your documentation, scheduling and billing needs.

Pros
We love how easy it is to post insurance/patient payments, keep track of them and generate simple-to-read billing statements. Also appointments are easy to schedule and modify and the software is customizable to suit our practice needs. The best thing is that we no longer get phone calls from patients confused pr unable to understand about their billing statements.
Cons
Back in 2012, we did our own integration manually. PayDC did offer to handle it for us for an extra charge but we declined because of the cost. Honestly, I do not really remember the details now.

I swtiched to PayDC in January 2018 after switching from another software I had been using since 2005. PayDC is a complete package like it does not overlook doctors and has all the features you could possibly want in an EHR system. I also pretty much like that it was created by a billing and coding expert in the chiropractic field, who happens to be our state association advisor for billing and coding.

Not only PayDC is easy to use but the customer support service is excellent too. Moreover the pricing is really reasonable compared to other options out there.
Cons
Fixing billing issues is very difficult and the cost of having them handle billing for you is pretty high compared to other private billing options.

I switched to this software after joining a group, and I have been using EMR systems in one way or another for over 20 years. Honestly, this one has been the most frustrating by far. There are way too many "click" steps to complete a SOAP note. My previous software, Chirofusion, let me finish a new patient exam in under 2 minutes and follow-ups were done in about 30 seconds per note. This system is just a lot slower, and it is not very customizable either.

While I like the ease of access with a cloud-based all-in-one system its disappointing that it only works on PCs.
Cons
PayDC basic features don't work properly, and when I bring it up to the company, they just blow me off or tell me they are working on it. Also their compliance isn't great either. The notes system automatically adds details to your SOAP notes that end up being inaccurate and could risk denials. Plus I have brought this up several times, but they just ignore it. It's frustrating because, given their name, PAY-DC, you did think they did care more about keeping you compliant and actually getting paid. But nope, apparently not.

PayDC stands out as the most chiropractic-specific EHR system on the market. Compared to other options I have tried it has the best understanding of efficiency and compliance. The flow from initial exam to SOAP notes ensures nothing is overlooked. Also it's the only EHR system I know that prioritizes risk management and creates a customized flow for each visit.
Cons
The team is hardworking, kind and humble. Running a business is not easy, especially in todays entitled world. While nothing is perfect, there are a few minor improvements that I feel like could really enhance functionality.

It is pretty obvious that this software focuses more on billing and coding than on the patient interface, but if you are okay with that, its a great option that too at a good price. Personally I really like that it is cloud-based and includes clearinghouse and scrubbing technology, along with all the useful back-office features.
Cons
I feel like the front desk and EHR parts of the system are pretty standard. I would not say they're better than other software out there, but the customization options are helpful. And yes it does take a while to set everything up (way too long), and once it's done, its pretty click-heavy to use.
