Pros

Initially, I thought the software was not right for our needs. However, after using it for months and learning about it bit by bit, I changed my thoughts. Not only is the product simple to use, but its interface is very user-friendly. Also, the cost of the software is pretty reasonable, so even small companies can afford it.

Cons

In the beginning, I faced a few issues as I was not aware of its features and capabilities. But now, the software is meeting our needs, so no complaints!
