Pros
I like that I am familiar with this software, making it quick and easy for me to use. That's all I can think of.
Cons
The customer service at this software company is a joke, and you will pay a lot of money for it. Most of the time when we call for help they do not know anything about us and I have to wait for a call from the one girl at the company that can solve problems.
