Pros

PointClickCare helps our teams manage their workflows and clients while staying compliant with HIPAA and other regulations. It really boosts the overall quality of client care by reducing missed communications, closing gaps in documentation, cutting out duplicate data entry, and improving care delivery. The reports are easy to search and understand, and the software itself is super simple and fits right into our business. Plus, the customer service is amazing and always there to help when we need it.

Cons

Exporting reports from PointClickCare to Microsoft Excel can be a challenge. Plus there's no way to void specific data entries, like note, once I enter something, I can't make changes.

Very simple system to use

Pros

The system is easy to navigate, giving us access to all kinda notes and letting us adjust who can see what info for each person.

Cons

It was a bit tough to consolidate all my working sites under a single login, which made things a little complicated.
