Pros

Having scheduling, data collection and billing all in one system has been a huge plus especially since the billing is based on what you actually bill. Our onboarding was led by a BCBA instead of someone from IT and that honestly felt like it cut our setup time in half. Even after four years, I'm still working with the same team and they really understand how our clinic operates.

Cons

One thing that was missing in the beginning was the note feature that pulls in our session data. When we brought it up though, they were already in the process of building it.
