Coding enhancements are necessary, mainly because the disappointing performance on MIPS measures this year and the system's inability to report on all tracked measures.

This product is quite easy to use, backed by phenomenal customer service and offers versatility in adapting to the evolving medical industry landscape.
Cons
The product has very few problems. The only downside I've encountered is missing the Annual Engage Session.

The customer service is exceptional. Reporting is simplified and I also like the option to generate reports by CPT codes, patients, charges, etc.
Cons
Certain windows fail to expand to full screen, causing frustration, especially with daily schedules restricted to 3/4 of the screen. The Financial Intelligence feature lacks user-friendly functionality.

We've relied on Greenway since our practice's inception in 2004. We advise new hires that basic computer skills are all they need to swiftly adapt it. The exceptional customer support includes a chat feature for issue resolution without the need for phone calls.
Cons
Report navigation can be confusing which leads to to unintended selections. Improved communication regarding updates is needed too.
