Since we have shifted to Psychiatry-Cloud EMR our insurance claims return rate has increased. The fact that it is a web-based software is also convenient because it helps us access it from home too. Their customer service is great and we do not have to wait long to get a definitive answer.

The report writing module takes a long time to load which we do not like.

The system is userfriendly and produces precise records. It offers quick service for patients and simplifies prescription tracking. Patient records can be accessed remotely at any time. Results are sent through the portal for easy review by doctors and there are psychiatry templates available for students and other medical professionals to customize as needed.

The implementation cost is high and scalability is limited for increasing practice volume. Keeping track of patient prescriptions across multiple pharmacies is challenging and integration with existing EMR systems may be difficult. There is also a risk of suspension or discontinuation of services without prior notification and data breaches due to inadequate security protocols.
