I really like the great customer service, ease and accuracy of insurance verification and reimbursement. The monthly meetings with WRS staff and online monitoring are also beneficial.

Its user-friendly. Once I have my username and password, the main functions are pretty self explanatory. Customer service is quick to respond and friendly. The monthly practice meetings which present data from the previous month are well organized and helpful for reaching goals. Their HIPAA compliance is the best I have come across. Patients seem to like the portal. I am sure there are many features in the EHR that I have not explored yet or am not fully aware of and I plan to ask more about how it could work better for us.

Cons

There are a few areas that could be improved. I have faced a couple of issues with the main practice "inbox" and providers seeing their messages which have taken longer than expected to resolve. While internal messaging is great, messages from patients in the portal could be better organized and structured. The billing component could benefit from more detailed training videos as documenting for each claim is currently non-existent. I can only add a general comment to the entire billing account. I find the payment posting screen could be easier to read, though its user-friendly. I also wish reports were available instantly instead of having to wait for data. Providers would prefer that instead of just having templates, their previous notes, including free-text entries in the HPI be copied over to new notes as many are accustomed to this feature from other EHR systems.

I love that I can manage my entire practice using Psychiatry-Cloud alone. They guided us through every aspect of the build and launch without any issues, easily the smoothest launch i have ever experienced! Additionally, their customer support consistently exceeds my expectations. They respond to tickets and phone calls within a few hours, sometimes as quickly as five minutes. I also like the dedicated team that holds monthly meetings and provides feedback specific to my practice which helps me optimize both the EHR and my practices business side.

While overall documentation is not bad it would be nice to have smart phrases.

The customer service from the onboarding team has been exceptional. I felt well supported as a newcomer to Psychiatry-Cloud. I will always remember the customer support team member who guided me through my early days with Psychiatry-Cloud when I was starting from scratch. he in particular taught me everything I needed to know to get my practice running smoothly with the EMR and gave me every reason to continue using the platform. He went above and beyond in his training, addressing all my questions and concerns with great patience and respect. After my training, I was not left to figure things out on my own. I was assigned an account manager who picked up where the previous manager left off. The team has been fantastic! I also lov how easy it is to schedule patient appointments, e-prescribe medications to local pharmacies and navigate through different tabs. Psychiatry-Cloud is very user-friendly, especially with the excellent training provided.

Cons

The cost is quite high for someone just starting a new practice compared to other options I explored. The pricing needs to be reconsidered. Additionally I have to pay extra for prescribing controlled substances for both myself and my collaborating psychiatrist. This is a significant expense for someone starting out with nothing to show for it yet. My state DEA allows me to prescribe Schedule III to V medications but not Schedule I & II. This means only my collaborating psychiatrist can prescribe Schedule I & II for my patients who need them. I had to give up my ability to prescribe even Schedule III-V medications by transferring all responsibilities related to controlled substances to my collaborating psychiatrist because I cannot afford to pay for both of us.

Its a fantastic piece of software thats simple to use and comes with all of the tools youll need to run a doctors office efficiently. The customer service is fantastic! The implementation went smoothly. In short, we love it!

It is much more beneficial to use a web-based system rather than a server-based system. When Im at home and need to work, I can use this software. Having the ability to access the device from any location at any time is a huge plus. Last but not least, the Team is outstanding. They come to our aid when we need it. When we need to make an update or make a request to them, they are also very quick to react.

One thing I like about this system is that our revenue has improved since we started using their Billing Module. I also like the fact that when our providers write their notes, they can use templates that are easy to customize.
