Pros
It is easy to use and make changes as needed. Documents are clear and easy to read and I can easily view doctor insurances.
Cons
I wish there was more space for notes in the billing file. It would also be helpful to avoid creating duplicate charts for clients.

Pros
I really like my rep as she is easy to work with, efficient and keeps constant communication. The software consistently meets the needs of my practice, and I have experienced little to no issues with it. After using this company for three years, I am happy with my choice to go with Psyquel.
Cons
If I could request one addition, it would be the ability to print out my schedule.

Pros
Processing claims is not hassle anymore and I love the option to enter them from any PC. My rep has been very helpful.
Cons
The information in the reports could be improved. For example, patient statements often show zero in the response section. Payments should be separated into insurance and client portions rather than combined.

I found this system relatively easy to use and the most recent representative was both helpful and responsive.
Cons
I found Psyquel to be too expensive. Also in the beginning some representatives were unresponsive at times. I have since started using a different system.

Pros
I like that its web-based and cloud-based, which eliminated my need for filing cabinets. Its easy to use and it has worked very well for billing. I have gotten paid by insurance companies quickly and accurately. The customer service rep and management have been very responsive to my feedback.
Cons
There needs to be more investment in software upgrades and quicker responses to suggestions for modifications, like improving the treatment plan function and templates. I did like the product to be compatible with iPhones for more mobility and to have an option for a signature pad during intake.

Pros
I also like the scheduling and note-taking features. Help with billing issues is great and the status of all claims is clearly visible. I love being able to post my notes right when I submit the billing.
Cons
I have trouble with the graphing lines that separate appointment times on my screen. Occasionally, some of the messages I receive are inaccurate. I have also struggled with the reports section not displaying correctly for certain clients in specific formats. I do not like having to use Mozilla as my browser.
