This company and its app felt like a complete joke. Getting any communication going between their team and the doctor was nearly impossible. And trying to reach anyone at Push Health by phone? Good luck with that. I called more than 20 times over two days just trying to get help fixing a prescription issue they created and nobody ever picked up. Every single call went straight to voicemail. Honestly, the whole experience made it seem like a scam.

Handling my healthcare online through Push Health has been an excellent experience. The platform is simple to navigate, very convenient and makes getting my medication simple without dealing with the hassle of booking an office visit. Jessica has been wonderful to work with. She responds to my prescription requests quickly, always checks whether I have any questions and truly seems to care about delivering quality patient care. The whole process feels fast, professional and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Push Health to anyone who wants a dependable online healthcare provider and if you get the chance to work with Jessica, you'll be in very capable hands.

Getting my Amlodipine prescription from the health practitioner Ebere Opara was a really positive experience. She was incredibly helpful and made sure I was able to get my medication quickly. Since I don't have a primary care provider right now, this online service has been a convenient way to access the essential, life-saving treatment I rely on to keep my high blood pressure under control. I'd definitely recommend it.

Her guidance is very helpful without ever feeling overly pushy. She also takes time to understand your goals and puts a clear plan together to help you reach them. I'd absolutely recommend it. From the start Kristen made the whole experience a very positive one. She accepted me as a patient right away, quickly reviewed my background and current medical condition and handled exactly what I needed, including working with my preferred pharmacy. She was kind, professional and very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely see her again and highly recommend Kristen.

I was matched with Kathleen Menold, a Nurse Practitioner and that was a really positive experience. I've often felt that nurse practitioners are kind and genuinely caring and Kathleen absolutely lived up to that. Everything moved quickly, the interaction was thorough and my medication was ordered without delay. I'd definitely recommend Push Health to others and I hope they're lucky enough to be matched with someone as nice as Kathleen.

When I needed a medication refill and couldn't reach anyone else, this service was such a huge help. Being able to use it right when I needed it made a big difference and I was really grateful it was available. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs support in a similar situation. The fact that the doctors are licensed also gave me a lot of peace of mind.

“Misleading zepbound discount scam”

There really weren't any benefits on my end.

I paid the $79 fee because they advertised Zepbound at a discounted price. After that, they connected me with a healthcare provider who said the prescription would cost somewhere between $700 and $1200 per month even though Lily pay was only $250 a month. Once I started asking for a refund, all I got back were automated responses. The issue was never access to a provider or getting the medication because I already have a healthcare provider and that was not a problem. The problem was that they advertised they could offer it at a discount and that was not true. This entire program feels like a scam and they refused to give me my money back. Do not get pulled into this.

This service was awful and felt like a complete bait and switch. They claimed they could provide xyz, kept me going back and forth in messages for several days and then eventually said they couldn't do it after all. It ended up being a total waste of both time and money. I definitely would not recommend this service and honestly, it doesn't even deserve one star.

A few years back, right after getting off a cruise ship, I was completely congested and needed a prescription. Since I didn't have a primary care doctor at the time, I reached out to Push Health and Dr. Brackin. The prescription was sent to my pharmacy within an hour. I also spoke with Dr. Brackin about my blood pressure and after that consultation, another prescription was ready at my pharmacy in less than an hour. I highly recommend Push Health and Dr. Brackin.

We've turned to this telemedicine service a number of times and it's been incredibly helpful. At 86, getting quick access to medication when something like the flu is just starting is really important especially on a weekend when waiting could lead to much worse complications. Dr. Do has been excellent and I would absolutely recommend this service.

It is fairly good being able to get care from home. But honestly no one got back to me like not through email, calls or even messages for more than a day.

I got charged $65 and did not get any kind of contact or care. Felt like they just took the money and disappeared.

Push Health is an app that both patients and medical pros can use right on their phones. It alerts a healthcare provider when someone needs help and it is loaded with useful info to help anyone find the right care nearby. I highly recommend it!

Cons

It is all about keeping people safe and healthy. That's really its main focus and it does that job well. Honestly I do not have anything bad to say about it.
