The tight integration of the billing system in Radekal is highly appreciated by our billing administrator, significantly reducing manual duties and increasing efficiency. The digital code review and scrubbing feature has been particularly impressive, saving physicians considerable time on code-related tasks. Converting all providers to Radekal EHR is seen as a strategic move to leverage the system's power further.
Cons
While the online university learning system is comprehensive, there's a desire for more detailed training videos to assist in onboarding new administrative staff effectively.

As a provider of Revenue Cycle Management services, integrating Radekal has led to increased revenue and patient visits for our clients. The charting features in the app have made providers more comfortable coding higher E&M codes, while the user-friendly interface has expedited patient visits, resulting in significant productivity gains.
Cons
Patient onboarding and account access features are not currently available, although it's anticipated that they will be included in a future release.
