The messenger feature is very handy and easy to use.

Cons

When patients request an appointment, they receive a confirmation without us having the opportunity to approve whether that date is available or not.

RevenueWell

Pros

I have found RevenueWell relatively simple to set up and use. I like that I can send a message to everyone in the list or just a select few, depending on the type of message.

Cons

What we dislike the most is that the electronic forms require an additional fee to use. We would prefer if this feature was included in the monthly fee.

Saves Time

Pros

I appreciate that I can customize many different areas, such as the campaign emails and texts sent to our patients. It's very helpful if my company has a policy change or if the office is closed due to bad weather, as I can message all my patients at once.

Cons

It was very easy to integrate with Eaglesoft, although sometimes I feel like patients receive too many messages and reminders, but this can be customized.

RevenueWell: NO REGRETS!

Pros

The best part of RevenueWell in my practice is the automated reminder system. So many patients appreciate the reminders! I'm able to adjust the frequency and even the wording of each interaction, which has been essential during this pandemic.

Cons

Almost daily, the dashboard has to reboot, which interrupts whatever we might be doing at that moment.

RevenueWell is the best!

Pros

I have been a loyal customer of RevenueWell for over 10 years. The most impressive aspect of RevenueWell is their stellar customer service and their willingness to continue to evolve. They are the only company I deal with that is open to feedback and actually implements it. The software is simple to use and customizable to each practice's individual needs. I use all aspects of RevenueWell, including reminders, campaigns, WePay, forms, phones, and I am working on implementing the scheduling capability as well. I couldn't be happier.

Cons

Although there are occasional minor service interruptions, these are rare, and the RW team is quick to resolve them.
