Pros

I love the automated appointment reminders because they save me a lot of phone time.

Cons

I'm not really fond of RevenueWell because it doesn't integrate as seamlessly with Softdent as some other similar software does.

Revenue NOT So Well

Pros

It integrates really well with my practice management software, Eaglesoft and this is amazing.

Cons

My experience with customer service has been extremely disappointing. They were unable to fix our voicemail issue for six months, leaving patients unable to leave voicemails after hours. Over the past year, their customer service has significantly deteriorated. For instance, when I called about this voicemail problem after my staff got the run-around, I spent 20 minutes of the call on hold for various reasons and eventually had to hang up three minutes after 5 pm. Also, the mobile app is very limited; I can't make calls, only text, whereas on PC, I can do both. The dashboard layout is also awkward and not intuitive, requiring me to switch between different screens, like the daily schedule, to access all the important patient information.

Pros

This software is incredibly simple to use! It offers so many features. It makes my day much easier by allowing me to communicate with patients through messages instead of being on the phone all day.

Cons

While it occasionally lags or encounters errors, the IT team is very prompt and efficient at resolving these issues quickly.

Life Saver

Pros

The appointment reminders were the main reason I chose this product. The easy setup and personalization made me love it. I don't have time to call and confirm patients every day. Patients tell me daily how much they love the reminders! They can't say they didn't know when their appointment was! Being able to text a patient is AMAZING!

Cons

It would be incredibly helpful if the appointment section could indicate whether a patient is scheduled for hygiene or with the doctor. Also, when I text a patient, I have to scroll extensively through all the messages ever sent, which wasn't the case before. Previously, the latest messages would pop up first, not the entire message history. This change has been quite disappointing.

Pros

What I like most about the software is the ability to keep in contact with parents about upcoming appointments and remind them about appointments. I can also use the software anywhere to notify parents if our office will be closed due to weather.

Cons

What I like the least is not understanding how it works.

We love Revenuewell!

Pros

The appointment confirmation and reminder system has saved me so much time and helped reduce the number of broken appointments. The ability to text a patient when I need to speak with them has resulted in much greater responses than leaving voicemails. Patients seem to respond to texts more than voicemails. The system is simple to use and has become vital to our practice.

Cons

There is nothing we dislike about RevenueWell, we love everything about it!

Revenue Well is like adding a new team member

Pros

It was so easy to incorporate the system into the practice. Patients are impressed with the technology and the ease of use. In our busy lives, sometimes a text or email is the easiest form of communication. I love having so many options to contact patients.

Cons

Our Dental office loves RevenueWell

Pros

RevenueWell software is great for mass communication with my patients. Its features are simple to use. My patients love email and text appointment reminders. I send a reminder to update patient forms before appointments. I text patients when I can't reach them instead of leaving a voicemail. Patients love answering texts. They enjoy receiving birthday and holiday cards. RevenueWell recognizes a new patient and sends a welcome email. My patients enjoy emails explaining procedures such as care after an extraction. RevenueWell is fun!

Cons

Our office would appreciate being able to send forms to individual patients who are scheduled after we send our weekly forms update.

Highly recommend this product.

Pros

Having used this product for many years, I have seen some great new additions. The time saved by being able to communicate with my patients has made my job much less stressful. I look forward to adding the new phone system next month.

Easy to use software w/ many different helpful functions

Pros

My practice uses the texting options as the main correspondence over calls, which is preferred by patients. Also, sending Eaglesoft documents that upload straight into our systems is very helpful.

Cons

We've encountered issues with RW updates that caused syncing problems, creating extra steps in our office. However, they managed to resolve the issue after a couple of weeks, and most problems are addressed in a timely manner.
