Pros

Each day the app lays out roles clearly, from medication administration and vital sign monitoring to staff assignments across different levels. It gives a good outline of the day's responsibilities and helps everyone stay on track with their daily work.

Cons

One weakness is that client behavior therapy gets documented and discussed continuously, even when a resident is not having any attacks. Also residential assessments and staffing responsibilities do not seem to be handled or considered as well as they should be.

Pros

Being able to share details like religion or birthdays with other departments without running a huge report has been really useful. The system is user friendly and not confusing at all which makes it pleasant to work in. When I called customer service to figure out how to pull religion data, they pointed me in the right direction in under two minutes.

Cons

There have been a few minor issues here and there but nothing significant.
