I've found that building tailored treatment plans is now a really smooth process. I especially love how the progress charts update in real-time and it makes monitoring outcomes much easier. Plus keeping both scheduling and billing in one platform has been a game-changer for keeping everything streamlined and organized.
Cons
With this tool packing in so many capabilities from data collection and scheduling to reporting, treatment planning and billing, I found that new staff can understandably feel overwhelmed during the onboarding period because there's simply a lot to absorb at first. The system is undeniably powerful yet that range of features brings a noticeable learning curve and I've watched newer team members require extra time to figure out where everything lives and how to use each function efficiently. Still after folks become familiar with the interface and how the pieces fit together the workflows grow simple and the integrated approach ultimately saves significant time.

This tool has sped up session data collection. For me letting me log behaviors, add notes and attach documents without dealing with paper forms. Everything syncs securely and fills into reports automatically.
Cons
I really value how easy it is to capture and store session data live but the mobile interface can feel somewhat congested when I'm actively running a session and while I'm toggling back and forth between tabs or rapidly scrolling through a long list of program targets I sometimes end up tapping repeatedly before I reach the exact field or button I want. That doesn't spoil the tool for me yet during high-intensity sessions where every second is precious the extra taps slow me down. If there were quicker-access buttons, shortcuts or an option for a cleaner, simplified mobile view tailored to fast data collection the whole process would feel appreciably smoother and more efficient.

While it manages the essential functions very well I found that integrating it with some of our more specialized diagnostic devices demanded extra time and technical work. What I appreciate about this tool is how easy it is to get up and running and because it avoids unnecessary complexity I can concentrate more fully on patient care and my leadership duties instead of wasting time trying to learn tough software. Beyond that the fact that I managed to congreatate three to four separate tools I had been switching between into a single platform really stands out for me since now all of the functions I rely on are centralized, my workflow is smoother and I feel much more organized overall.
Cons
