“extremely user friendly with fantastic support
Pros
It is extremely user friendly, easy to navigate and their support team is fantastic. I mean they get back to us quickly when in need.
Cons
Sometimes when an encounter freezes all the information the provider entered is lost and they have to start their documentation over from scratch.

“easy to learn and well-organized
Pros
All in all, the system is easy to both learn and use daily. Plus the layout with its clear tabs is practical and well-organized.
Cons
It is a one-way system so we cannot send orders directly from Sevocity to outside labs. Also I wish the patient encounter was on a single, simple window instead of spread across multiple tabs, including having medication orders right there instead of jumping into Rcopia.

“Awesome direct bridge with billing software
Pros
We have set up a direct electronic bridge that connects our Sevocity EHR with the software we use for billing which is awesome.
Cons
For the specific ways we use the tool we honestly do not have any issue to report.

“offer tailored experience for every doctor
Pros
One thing we really like is that we tailor the experience for every doctor and build as many custom templates as we want, without having to wait for a special team to implement changes for us.
Cons
The one issue is that the system limits us to having just one encounter open for a patient at any given time.

“fast one-click actions but has integration issues

It offers the same core features or sometimes even quicker one-click actions, compared to other EHR systems I have seen.
Cons
Since the EHR and the Practice Management system are two separate products and not built as one integrated platform sometimes an encounter or charge does not transfer over to billing. Also a lot of doctors have a major complaint: they really wish they could use it on a small or portable iPad instead of being stuck on a Windows or Mac laptop. The Microsoft Surface option does not offer the same easy, user friendly experience as EHR software designed specifically for iPad users.

Sevocity platform is incredibly user friendly. There are also plenty of helpful guides and tutorial videos available.
Cons
Our insurance information did not transfer over so we had to manually add everything back in.

“Adaptable and user friendly since 2009

My experience with Sevocity goes all the way back to 2009. I value its adaptability and I am also grateful for how user-friendly it is. The company itself is very responsive, always paying close attention to how they can make the system better.
Cons
Our only wish is that the connection between Sevocity and DrFirst functioned better. To be clear, this is not softwares fault as it's a DrFirst issue. But it would organize refills if, when a request comes in, the provider could immediately see the patient's last visit details. As for now, you have to exit DrFirst, open Sevocity to check the chart and notes and then go back. It is more time-consuming than necessary but it would not make me hesitate to choose Sevocity again.

“Simple to use and train new people
Pros
The product itself is simple to use and training new people is equally simple. Our new hires tend to learn it fast which is a huge advantage for our hectic office. All things considered, we are satisfied with the software as it does what we need it to do.
Cons
We ran into some problems getting it to work with our other software like Kareo. But they are collaborating now to resolve a two-month issue where new patient data is not transferring. Also our provider is not fond of the procedure notes in this system so we use a different EMR for that as well.

“customizable exam section and excellent support
Pros
Being able to tweak the exam section in countless ways is a standout feature. That simple, expandable layout is something I have not come across elsewhere. I also really like how easily you can customize the exam menus. Plus having the EHR and front-office tools in one place is perfect and their support is excellent. Almost instant every time I have needed it. It is the best tech support I have ever dealt with.
Cons
Every once in a while I find a setting or feature I cannot modify though that does not happen often.

The good thing is that we can send a private message to a colleague that does not become part of the patient's permanent record.

Well the interface itself is not the most user friendly but the help desk is absolutely great as they are amazing at answering any question we have.

It is way too easy to operate. And whenever we need help the support team is amazing. They actually listen to our suggestions for the product and sometimes even put them into action.
Cons
Duplicating charts is not a simple process. Also the built-in medication program feels clunky and that particular company does not seem to welcome user feedback.

“Simple, clear and fast to learn
Pros
Just clicking to open patient files is so simple so picking up the programs basics is easy because the design is so clear. You learn it fast. It is also convenient to jump back to charts we were just in since they stay available right from the main schedule screen.
Cons
Customizing small details is tricky and some things cannot be changed at all. Plus the program sometimes freezes making it hard to exit charts occasionally requiring a full restart. And generating specific reports especially for billing is not as easy as in other systems I have used. Even the overall look is not very modern or pleasing.

Pros
Exploring the system is very simple and easy. They have templates that are developed to work with specialty-specific practices. I recommend Sevocity to everyone who is looking for a system that obtains compliance with CMS.
Cons
Sevocity is quite pricey and probably this might be the only reason for providers looking for different options.

Pros
The support is great, they are always quick in their response. It is easy to use. It keeps OCD-10 codes current. With the help of this system, we have improved a lot in providing healthcare and patient care.
Cons
The lack of fax/EHR integration. Also, it does not allow to add lab results in the body of the encounter note.

Secovity can easily be personalized to meet the exceptional necessities of any practice type. It is very easy to understand, which makes it, to a lesser extent, an overwhelming task to prepare new employees. It is simple and easy to explore through. It is effective at inward correspondence among providers and staff.
Cons
The software updates. I know that they are important, but they don’t really run smoothly, it takes time to smoothen out.
