Customer support is non existent after onboarding - my staff complained frequently about being ignored. The program lost information on the practice management side- both my office manager and biller complained about this frequently and it took a lot of extra admin time to discover and retrieve lost information. The PM side of things is very cumbersome and not easily navigated. The cancellation process is also cumbersome- buyer beware it is designed to detour you from cancellation. Expect to pay for months of service after you cancel because their data collection process takes 6-8 weeks to perform- leaving you on the hook for unnecessary expenses beyond your contract and utilization.

My favorite parts are the simple interface, the systems speed and the strong communication it supports for both our team and our patients. It is also great that we can have several files open at once and training newcomers is easy because everything makes sense.
Cons
Honestly there is very little I don't like about it. It is a great program thats made our office run much more smoothly. The only small improvement I can think of is being able to look back at messages even after they have been sent.

As a small rehab facility with lots of critical patient mental health work, we were initially quite intrigued by all the positive reviews left by existing subscription customers on Google, so we decided to give the platform a shot. And it was good that we did because now our entire company operation, from initial clinic data entry and the vendor's training sessions to client billing, everything has proceeded smoothly. I agree that the software is suited for different specialties; some of our colleagues are successfully using it in their orthopedic practice. We recommend Sevocity, so you can take our software advice with confidence.
Cons
The support team has troubled us on a few occasions, one instance where valuable time was lost because of an unfortunate delay in receiving swift system troubleshooting help. We're hoping the vendor takes notice and improves these issues.

My top reason for liking this software is how well it handles a high number of patients. The templates are a lifesaver on hectic days making everything much faster and more efficient for us.
Cons
Removing templates is a tedious process because we have to delete them from each providers profile separately. Prescribing medication is also a bit awkward since it requires switching to a separate, linked software program.

Sevocity has been much simpler to operate than the three other EHR systems I have tried. A standout feature is making my own templates and flow sheets which the amazing support team helped me set up.
Cons
Right now I wish I could design templates outside of a specific patient's file. It would also be helpful to build simple flow sheets and to pull details from another providers past notes. These features might already exist but I am still new to the system, having only used it for a few weeks.

We relied on Sevocity for over a decade. It is cost-effective and incredibly easy for everyone to use. I also love how we have eliminated physical charts and filing so now all the information is instantly accessible. Plus having reports and labs scanned directly into digital charts is the best as it simplifies the workflow immensely for both the front desk and the nurses. Communicating with doctors, sending messages and getting replies within minutes is also an amazing feature.
Cons
Our team is very happy with the system overall. The one feature I wish was easier to manage is customizing the letterhead that prints on patient correspondence. It was excellent in setting this up for us initially. However after some doctor changes we needed updates and were told they only assist with the first setup. This has been challenging since none of us know how to adjust the letterhead ourselves so now our letters go out without our official header.

The software is great. We use it for electronic charting, the patient portal and their excellent customer support. Beyond patient care, Sevocity also acts as a central hub for all sorts of our offices internal document storage. We have been using the platform for nearly ten years now.

The Tools and Admin sections are full of useful features and are very simple to use. If you ever get stuck, Sevocity's Help Section has a Customer News area where you can request assistance or join training webinars. Plus training our own staff on it is just as easy.
Cons
Most of the software and its various features are excellent but we constantly have issues with the PPDX interface. This might be related to the hospital we work with but there have been long stretches with no incoming messages and resolution takes forever. We have practically stopped relying on it even though we really need it for hospital notes and pathology reports.

It offers the same core features or sometimes even quicker one-click actions, compared to other EHR systems I have seen.
Cons
Since the EHR and the Practice Management system are two separate products and not built as one integrated platform sometimes an encounter or charge does not transfer over to billing. Also a lot of doctors have a major complaint: they really wish they could use it on a small or portable iPad instead of being stuck on a Windows or Mac laptop. The Microsoft Surface option does not offer the same easy, user friendly experience as EHR software designed specifically for iPad users.

My experience with Sevocity goes all the way back to 2009. I value its adaptability and I am also grateful for how user-friendly it is. The company itself is very responsive, always paying close attention to how they can make the system better.
Cons
Our only wish is that the connection between Sevocity and DrFirst functioned better. To be clear, this is not softwares fault as it's a DrFirst issue. But it would organize refills if, when a request comes in, the provider could immediately see the patient's last visit details. As for now, you have to exit DrFirst, open Sevocity to check the chart and notes and then go back. It is more time-consuming than necessary but it would not make me hesitate to choose Sevocity again.

The product itself is simple to use and training new people is equally simple. Our new hires tend to learn it fast which is a huge advantage for our hectic office. All things considered, we are satisfied with the software as it does what we need it to do.
Cons
We ran into some problems getting it to work with our other software like Kareo. But they are collaborating now to resolve a two-month issue where new patient data is not transferring. Also our provider is not fond of the procedure notes in this system so we use a different EMR for that as well.
