Pros
Psychologists typically don’t receive software training in med school, so it’s always a relief to get a practice tool that automates a lot of the paperwork for you – without you having to pour over lengthy tutorials and bother customer support for every little thing. Sevocity is doing great for us on all these fronts.

Pros
As a small rehab facility with lots of critical patient mental health work, we were initially quite intrigued by all the positive reviews left by existing subscription customers on Google, so we decided to give the platform a shot. And it was good that we did because now our entire company operation – from initial clinic data entry and the vendor’s training sessions to client billing, everything has proceeded smoothly. I agree that the software is suited for different specialties; some of our colleagues are successfully using it in their orthopedic practice. We recommend Sevocity, so you can take our software advice with confidence.
Cons
The support team has troubled us on a few occasions; one instance where valuable time was lost because of an unfortunate delay in receiving swift system troubleshooting help. We’re hoping the vendor takes notice and improves these issues.

You can connect with your peers and send them messages through the app. It also has a wonderful help desk service and we feel cared for all the times.
Cons
It is not as user-friendly as the previous system we worked on.

The support is great, they are always quick in their response. It is easy to use. It keeps OCD-10 codes current. With the help of this system, we have improved a lot in providing healthcare and patient care.
Cons
The lack of fax/EHR integration. Also, it does not allow to add lab results in the body of the encounter note.

Secovity can easily be personalized to meet the exceptional necessities of any practice type. It is very easy to understand which makes it to a lesser extent an overwhelming task to prepare new employees. It is simple and easy to explore through. It is effective at inward correspondence among providers and staff.

The software updates. I know that they are important, but they don’t really run smoothly, it takes time to smoothen out.
