“live parent updates”
Pros
It's very easy for both staff and parents to use and parents receive live updates which is really helpful.
Cons
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. It handles everything I need to do without any issues.

“great follow-up support”
Pros
The support we got was incredibly valuable. Our questions were answered promptly and the follow-up afterward was excellent.
Cons
Since we're new to the system, we're still figuring out how everything works. We also miss some of the forms we had in Childcare Manager and are still waiting for them to be transferred over as promised before we made the switch.

“flexible clock-ins”
Pros
Signing in on the tablet and clocking in for work is very convenient. I really appreciate that it works not just with the assigned key card but also with a personal number you can set up in case you forget the card or your hands are full. The app is also simple to move through when a parent forgets to clock their child in or out.
Cons
Feature I don't really enjoy is how limited it becomes when internet service goes down. At our daycare, there were times the connection dropped and parents couldn't sign their children in so we had to write everything down and enter the names manually later which was a hassle. That issue was more related to our internet in some situations but it still affected how the system worked.

“overly colorful design”
Pros
There's honestly nothing positive I can say about it.
Cons
The iPad app is overloaded with bright colors and that really hurts the overall experience.

“Awkward experience”
Pros
One thing that does work well is that it's web-based so every admin can access the same information from different devices without any confusion. It's also helpful that parents can stay connected to the center, check timeline messages and see their balances. On top of that, customer service has been friendly, accessible and quick to respond whenever needed.
Cons
Unfortunately, the software feels like it was stitched together rather than built as one complete system. It really needs to function on Android and iPad tablets. The reports are poor and a lot of the basic functionality that CCM already had is missing here. Simple tasks take too many steps because users have to jump across several different screens to get things done. Billing sits under the Children section, account charges are under Accounting and then there's a separate Family section for other tasks. Moving between family, child and billing information should be much more direct instead of requiring dozens of clicks. Each section also looks and behaves very differently which makes the experience feel inconsistent. Families are sorted by last name, children are sorted only by first name and there's no useful way to search or filter them. The payments section is even worse because families just appear in random order. Proper sorting and filtering should be standard in software like this. Right now there's also no way to manage security deposits, charge one-time fees to groups of students, reconcile deposits or send past-due notices to selected families with certain balances. I also have no way to view or generate a report showing children by classroom. The report formatting is bad overall, some reports print as four or five pages simply because they're laid out poorly while others either don't work at all or the downloaded version doesn't match what appears on screen. It also doesn't work with the CCM door locking system we recently bought. Another issue is that families can't just be deactivated or unenrolled, they have to be archived which removes all of their financial history. There really need to be more status options than just enrolled and archived. Overall, it's missing too many of the features CCM already provided and I hope it improves soon.

“Simple setup options”
Pros
After a couple of months with it, I'm still learning my way around the system but it has been fairly simple to use. There are a lot of options built in which has been helpful. We haven't started using the kiosk check-in yet though we plan to begin once the fall semester starts.
Cons
One thing we'd really like to have is the ability to code different fees for options beyond just tuition.

“Missing web tools”
Pros
Being web-based is a plus since I can log in and use it from home whenever I need to.
Cons
It doesn't include an accounting component and a lot of the features I'm used to relying on in Childcare Manager just aren't there.

“Attendance with limits”
Pros
One thing I appreciate is that it runs in the cloud so there's no need to worry about backups. Real-time attendance is also a nice feature and keeps things up to date right away.
Cons
At the same time, having it cloud-based is also a downside because if the internet goes out, we're unable to use the system at all.

“Much more simple”
Pros
Compared with the old software, this one is much easier to work with. Finding what I need takes a lot less effort and the setup was easy enough to understand quickly.
Cons
One part that still bothers me is setting up payment plans. I also do not like that I cannot delete a billing type once I have created it so now the software is cluttered with too many of them.

“I'm happy with It”
Pros
Switching to Streamline has made a huge difference in our efficiency. It's helped minimize errors and improved our audit scores, thanks to its easy-to-use interface and dashboard-driven workflows. Plus, it's a cost-effective solution with great reporting capabilities and streamlined billing processes. It makes accessing data quick and ensures we have accurate financial and clinical measurements for our mental health and substance abuse services. Highly recommend!
Cons
While Streamline has definitely brought many benefits, the initial transition was a bit challenging for us. The training and workflow disruptions took a lot of resources and time to adapt to. Even though their customer support was great, we did have to rely on technical assistance and there were some compatibility issues with our existing systems that could've caused problems during setup and future customizations.
