“Great medical records, terrible financial tool.

Pros

Does a good job with billing, medical records and online access.

Cons

Does not do proper accounting to export transactions into account software. If you are a large to mid size company, make sure to have a huge financial depaetment.

“Optimized our processes

Pros

I've found this software great for scheduling, billing and keeping track of both employee and client info. It has so many features! I can store contact details for everyone and it even lets me communicate through text and email directly from the portal. It really helps keep everything organized and efficient.

Cons

The system is somewhat user-friendly but there are times when it tends to lag or crash, which can be a bit frustrating.

“Best fit for new businesses

Pros

We are a relatively new business so The team did learn how to use it quickly and the templates have been very useful. In regards to customer service I find that my experience has been fantastic.

One thing I really appreciate about this product is its high audit scores, quick data reporting and efficient financial and clinical measurements. All of this comes at a very reasonable price, which is a huge bonus!

Pros

This software provides a flexible solution for our clinical practice. Customization was easy through template creation and the training didn't take long because of the responsive design. Reporting for both financial and medical data is super quick. I highly recommend it!

Cons

I haven't had any problems with this software. A few minor interface tweaks could make the already perfect navigation even faster but overall, it's been great!

Switching to Streamline has made a huge difference in our efficiency. It's helped minimize errors and improved our audit scores, thanks to its easy-to-use interface and dashboard-driven workflows. Plus, it's a cost-effective solution with great reporting capabilities and streamlined billing processes. It makes accessing data quick and ensures we have accurate financial and clinical measurements for our mental health and substance abuse services. Highly recommend!

Cons

While Streamline has definitely brought many benefits, the initial transition was a bit challenging for us. The training and workflow disruptions took a lot of resources and time to adapt to. Even though their customer support was great, we did have to rely on technical assistance and there were some compatibility issues with our existing systems that could've caused problems during setup and future customizations.
