“support is great”

Pros

Using it to sign children in and out of the center was really helpful and the customer service team was responsive when we needed assistance.

Cons

We dealt with quite a few glitches and I'm not sure the program was explained clearly enough to make full use of everything it offers.

Does a good job with billing, medical records and online access.

Cons

Does not do proper accounting to export transactions into account software. If you are a large to mid size company, make sure to have a huge financial depaetment.

We were really excited about being able to share real-time moment posts with parents and guardians.

Using the website as a teacher was frustrating because it wasn't user-friendly at all. It crashed a lot and there were several times when payments didn't go through properly while some parents were charged twice which created even more problems.

Absolutely love this product, it really feels essential as a mom.

It can be a little tricky to navigate at first but overall it's still really good.

Getting around the system felt very easy especially when pulling reports, uploading photos and staying in touch with parents.

The support team was pleasant but even after using the product for more than a year, it was still difficult to get help that actually made sense. We also ran into billing issues and no one was able to resolve them which eventually led our organization to switch to Procare even though that platform has its own pros and cons.

“Reliable daycare updates”

Pros

Getting photos and videos of my toddler through the app has been really helpful. I've been using it for more than six months now and I've enjoyed it a lot. It's a really useful way to receive real-time updates from daycare and I also appreciate being able to check billing details in the same place.

Cons

At times, the photo and video quality isn't the best although the app does seem to be improving over time.

“Failed rollout experience”

Pros

Honestly, there wasn't anything positive to point to because we never ended up using the product. The sales presentation made it sound like certain features and flexibility would be available but that turned out not to be the case once we were preparing to move forward.

During the evaluation process, we were told the system could support features and flexibility that ultimately were not available when it came time to implement so the launch fell apart. We never used the product and cancelled in November 2021 because it failed to deliver what had been promised. Since then, we've also had an ongoing struggle trying to get reimbursed for automatic billing charges that should have been stopped after cancellation.

“Billing frustrations”

Pros

One helpful feature is being able to send bulk emails to parents all at once.

Cons

The billing and admissions parts are hard to work with and overall the system is not user-friendly. It only works properly in Chrome which is a problem since many parents use Safari or other browsers. Updates and fixes on development tickets take a long time, there are lots of glitches and it still can't handle billing for the current month.

“QR tracking benefits”

Pros

Without a doubt, the biggest win has been how simple the QR tags make daily parent sign-in and sign-out. The CACFP reports have been our biggest saver in both time and money since they cut down on staff workload. Having a direct connection to the Missouri Department of Social Services also makes attendance reporting much more convenient and keeps us aligned with state requirements. It's also been really helpful to track staff in-service training throughout the year instead of scrambling to pull everything together during inspections. On top of that, customer service is consistently helpful whenever we need support.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the employee timekeeping option since it doesn't allow rounding. Because of that, time cards end up showing a few minutes of overtime when staff clock in early or leave slightly late.

“Attendance and payroll!”

Pros

One of the biggest benefits for me is that it automatically calculates daily fees from the children's attendance which is absolutely essential in my day-to-day work. It also does an excellent job tracking employee timecards and that makes handling payroll much more manageable.

Cons

I'd still like to see teachers and staff get the option to use contactless sign-in as well.

It is really helpful to track my income and quickly see how many children have enrolled. Printing parents' tax reports is also very easy. The interface looks very professional and the support team in the Help group has been extremely helpful!!

Cons

It would be nice if there were referral incentives. I've referred others but as far as I can tell, there doesn't seem to be a referral program available.

“Optimized our processes”

Pros

I've found this software great for scheduling, billing and keeping track of both employee and client info. It has so many features! I can store contact details for everyone and it even lets me communicate through text and email directly from the portal. It really helps keep everything organized and efficient.

Cons

The system is somewhat user-friendly but there are times when it tends to lag or crash, which can be a bit frustrating.

“Best fit for new businesses”

We are a relatively new business so The team did learn how to use it quickly and the templates have been very useful. In regards to customer service I find that my experience has been fantastic.

One thing I really appreciate about this product is its high audit scores, quick data reporting and efficient financial and clinical measurements. All of this comes at a very reasonable price, which is a huge bonus!

This software provides a flexible solution for our clinical practice. Customization was easy through template creation and the training didn't take long because of the responsive design. Reporting for both financial and medical data is super quick. I highly recommend it!

I haven't had any problems with this software. A few minor interface tweaks could make the already perfect navigation even faster but overall, it's been great!

Being able to pay my son's daycare without any hassle is something I really appreciate.

There was one time I had to switch to the website to complete a payment because the app had a minor issue.

Getting started with it is easy, the functionality is impressive and it scales well across multiple offices. Both caregivers and staff genuinely enjoy working with it.

There's very little to dislike overall. The setup process and task entry could use a bit of refinement and adding multilingual support would make it even better.

Pros

Having one monthly price for everything has been a big plus. I don't have to tack on extra features or pay more to access what they offer and that's been really convenient. Since we made the switch, our families have been happy with it.

A teacher app really needs to be added. I keep hearing every day that my teachers struggle with the web-based site so that part has been frustrating for them.

“Daycare updates hub”

Pros

One of the biggest reasons I enjoy this app is that it lets me keep up with my children while they're at daycare and I'm at work. The teachers can send pictures and updates on my child's progress through the app which is really convenient. I also appreciate being able to see who signs the children in and out using a unique code or PIN. On top of that, I can pay my co-pay right in the app. It's basically a one-stop place for everything I need.

Cons

Only problem I've noticed is that the app can lag sometimes and updates may show up late. Aside from that, I really do love using it.
