It works okay
Pros

Its very good software with a user-friendly format. The features are updated and work perfectly fine now. The customer support is not bad either.

Cons

I wouldve liked it if the software was a bit intuitive and some features were automated rather than manual. Also, the system is overall very slow compared to others in the market.

Not the greatest
Pros

The layout is simple and the navigation is pretty straightforward to get around.

Cons

The customer support is very terrible, they always answer super late and usually just to get rid of the client.

Pros

Managing records has become easier than ever. The patients information is easy to navigate through.

Cons

The SonoSoft EMR Software customer service is the absolute worst! they rarely respond and hardly get the issue fixed. Very disappointing!

A literal Game Changer!

Really has made much of our work easier, like taking notes, updating them and setting appointments, on top of that the format is super easy to operate,

A good option for small clinics
Pros

It has customization options that make it easy for smaller clinics to change the charts and billing information to make it easier for themselves.

Cons

It does not have more templates for the reports.

It started off well and you could attach files and add notes from any computer.

The new templates are not easy to customize and takes a long time to get the information to load once you click save.

Pros

We are able to file all patient charts, post notes and attach lab results to the electronic record. It has made the administrative processes so much easier.

Cons

We require information from multiple insurance providers and it is difficult to manage on this software

EHR lands right on the money
Pros

Sonosoft has their clients best interests at heart and they have created a solution that helps empower our employees and provide the best service to patients.

Cons

There are no customization options for the dashboard display and we hope they fix it soon.

Very helpful for our small clinic
Pros

We have limited staff and this software has cut down our administrative tasks in half. We no longer have to manually input information or send files.

Cons

A customization option for automatically filling certain fields would make it even better.

The customer service is terrible and they take a long time to respond to any ticket. Their answers are often unsatisfactory.

A suitable EHR solution
Pros

Sonosoft has made it easier for us to save notes and write reports. There is no longer a need for dictation and we can use the customizable templates.

Pros

The portal has a simplistic design and that makes it extremely usable. The interfaces are also wonderful and we have had no trouble with them.

Cons

You cannot directly add notes or write reports within the program and have to import text files.

Easiest EMR program I have used
Pros

I have used many EMR software but this one is the easiest because of its simple design. The training took only a day and we were good to go.

Cons

There are some issues with the fax machine link and we have to send the command many times for it to go through.

The program is very intuitive and easy to use even for those who are not very tech-savvy. Our employees did not face any difficulties during training and quickly adapted to the change.

I cannot think of any cons but it is not perfect although it gets the job done.

Great but needs work
Pros

SonoSoft has so much to offer to us. Its claim management features and reporting tools are the most useful features for us and has made our work 10 times easier and efficient.

Cons

Its data entry feature can be a little tricky plus the customer support is bad. I wish they were more active.
