Pros
Being able to manage everything in one place and keep all of my patients well organized has been really helpful.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is not being able to keep multiple windows open without losing progress. For example if I'm working on a patient's invoice and haven't saved it yet but need to quickly book another appointment opening the schedule closes the invoice and all that work is gone.
