Harassing behavior from SynergyPT sales personnel

Pros

Due to the harassing phone calls we have received from SynergyPT, we have decided that we want absolutely no association with this company. We have had extremely negative experiences with them, and there is nothing positive that we can say about their services or conduct.

Cons

We have been experiencing daily phone calls from a person named "Justin" from SynergyPT, who is demanding information about our business. When we inform them that we are satisfied with our current EMR system, "Justin" responds with rude comments and resorts to ridiculous name-calling. This behavior leads us to believe that SynergyPT may be employing unprofessional tactics, such as having children make prank phone calls to healthcare establishments. We find this behavior completely unacceptable and it has reinforced our decision to avoid any involvement with SynergyPT.
