As an owner I sleep well at night knowing S4PT is there
Pros

S4PT has exceptional builtin compliance and AI use. It's important to realize that having an English major doesn't necessarily mean having the skills to write defensible documentation. Once you understand this you'll see that there's no other system as passionate as S4PT in ensuring you get paid as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Cons

Although I had to learn how to use the program when I first tried it a few years ago I'm confident that many things have changed since then. Fortunately all of my new DPTs and PTAs found it easy to onboard and have described it as their top EMR experience so far.

Systems Review
Pros

The system ensures Medicare compliance and authorization while keeping up with current changes. It is userfriendly and the company is dedicated to product quality compliance and assisting PT clinics with maximizing reimbursement efficiently. The owner and VP are heavily involved in software development and welcome discussions.

Cons

The flow sheet and daily note view options need improvement as they require unnecessary clicking. The evals and notes be made more efficient and intuitive. Searching for patients in active or inactive therapy lists is not efficient. Moreover scheduling and front desk platform needs upgrades to make them more intuitive and efficient. The admin tools for reports and documentation families could be made more efficient. Also the software upgrade process is quite slow.
