Pros
Having all of my licensing requests in one place has been really helpful, including DME, prescreenings and all of the DHS required forms.
Cons
The downside is that it crashes all the time. I already checked my laptop and internet so I know the issue isn't coming from my side.

Pros
It helps us monitor residents activities and keep families informed about their daily routines.
Cons
I'd appreciate having more space to describe the activity itself without changing the size of the other fields. Right now there's only enough room for initials.

Pros
Having this software means all the forms needed for a successful admission into the facility are right at your fingertips which makes the process much more convenient.
Cons
A drawback is that there can sometimes be a bit of a wait when using the help tab.

“Quick to learn”
Pros
Very easy to start off with this software. The interface is user friendly so using it everyday feels simple and training other people to work with it doesn't take much effort either.
Cons
An issue I've noticed is that the system can slow down at times and some pages take a while to load before they appear.

“friendly support”
Pros
Using it has been a really positive experience because the software is very user friendly and anytime something isn't clear the support team is there to help. They respond quickly and interact in a warm personal way that feels more like talking to a friend than dealing with customer service.
Cons
If I had to mention one downside it would be the occasional growing pains that come with software updates and changes. Even though those improvements usually pay off over time they can take a little while to adjust to.
