“organized dashboard
Pros
Using this software has been very easy whether it's for passing medications or entering administrative details. The layout across most of the program is well organized and the calendar on the main dashboard is especially helpful for keeping everyone in the company on track. Moving all of our existing residents into this platform had to be done manually but that was mainly due to the previous eMAR not having an export option.
Cons
My only real issue is that reports can only be generated as PDFs. I've already mentioned to the developers that it would be helpful to have .xls or .doc options too since that would make it much easier to sort and manipulate the information into lists but for now we just work with what's available.

“Feature rich and responsive
Pros
Starting off with the software was easy and learning how to use it didn't take much time. It offers a lot of features which is something I really appreciate and the team is very quick to respond whenever questions or issues come up.
Cons
From time to time there are minor glitches. For example if you open one form while you're still editing another the system can sometimes get mixed up about which form you're actually working in.

Pros
Everything is laid out in separate sections with each individual item having its own page. As someone who previously worked in a nursing home that setup really helps when entering very specific records.
Cons
The part that slows me down is how confusing it can be to locate certain things even though I do appreciate having separate pages and sections for everything. Better accessibility would make the program much faster to use.

Uploading therapy documentation and orders works really welland being able to pull up documents whenever I need them has been very helpful.
Cons
Kind of frustrating that I can't copy and paste documents directly. I have to download them to my desktop first and then upload them again. I also used to be able to save a copy and re-upload it but that stopped working around six months ago.

Pros
Right from the start it has been very user friendly and it keeps getting updated regularly. It stays aligned with state regulations and sends reminders for anything that still needs to be completed. The RASP feature is especially helpful because you can copy it and reuse it for the next year or make changes without starting over. That alone cuts the workload in half. Also the owners are very responsive whenever you suggest improvements, request additions or run into any issues with the software.
Cons
Can't think of any problems with the program. It has been extremely helpful and reliable in such a busy industry.

This software has been a game changer for staying compliant with state regulations in the personal care industry. It keeps a full resident profile, helps monitor all the required forms and their submission deadlines and tracks daily, weekly and monthly requirements while sending alerts for upcoming due dates. The system is also very simple to use and figure out.
Cons
At this point I really haven't come across any downside to using this product.

Having all of my licensing requests in one place has been really helpful, including DME, prescreenings and all of the DHS required forms.

Using it has been a really positive experience because the software is very user friendly and anytime something isn't clear the support team is there to help. They respond quickly and interact in a warm personal way that feels more like talking to a friend than dealing with customer service.
Cons
If I had to mention one downside it would be the occasional growing pains that come with software updates and changes. Even though those improvements usually pay off over time they can take a little while to adjust to.
